Is it necessary to feed an adult bearded dragon mice?

I have been told that my Australian Bearded Dragon should be eating mice (he is about 3 years old). We have tried to feed them to him, and he is only interested in biting on their tails. I hate to see the mice go through all of that and him not eat them. His diet consists of meal worms, wax worms, large crickets,a nd veggies. Is this enough? Is it necessary to feed an adult bearded dragon mice?
Absolutely NOT!

Mice can actually be harmful to beardies. They can be terribly hard to digest. If you do need a higher protein diet for your beardie for some reason, please use pinkie mice. Pinkies don't have full bone structure and are much easier to digest. But don't feel like you need to feed your beardies mice at all. In the wild, they generally feed on grubs and veggies. Is it necessary to feed an adult bearded dragon mice?
If he gets hungry enough, he will eat whatever!
No they don't need them if you really want him to eat them though mix something that he loves up with them and he might go GOBBLE GOBBLE GOBBLE! GULP!
no its not because they usually only eat insects and fruit(sometimes) not rodents

hope that helps you xx
