Is it wrong or illegal to kill mice infesting my home?

There is this family of mice infesting my house, eating our food and shedding furs and poop everywhere. Is it wrong or illegal if I am to make them shed blood everywhere instead? What else should I do if I am not allowed to kill them?Is it wrong or illegal to kill mice infesting my home?

dude why would you not be able to kill them. set traps, poison, etc... get rid of them they are a health risk to your and your family.

They are vermin. They are disease carrying invaders. You can and should get rid of them. Put out traps or bait. Check around your foundation to see where they are getting in and fill it with foam insulation.
they would not sell sell the glue traps or the spring snap traps if it were illegal. i also do not belive it is wrong. yes by all means get rid of the mice.

Well, technically , if you called a pest terminator, they would poisoned the rats instead of making them bleed. it's not illegal to 'murder' them, but 'murder' is not a good way to kill pests. it is immoral. instead, try pesticides.
yes kill them they can give you the hanta virus You can get poision from your local health dept to shove inside the walls.
Kill them. They are vermin and it's perfectly fine to kill them. Use mouse traps set with peanut butter or call an exterminator.
Treat the poor famly with kindness an give 'em shelter. Get yourself an big cage an a water bottle an a salt lick--problem solved.
Get glue traps %26amp; poison in safe places. Go to the humane society %26amp; get a couple cats.

Your home is your castle. If others infest your home etc, you're perfectly right to tell them to leave. If they don't it's alright to take any other measures that seem effective.
They have mouse traps that should take care of that for you, if not poison them.
i dont think its illegal or wrong to kill them. Some would argue that you should catch them and release them in another location.

Kill the little SOB's however, use of explosives and firearms should be kept to a minimum due to collateral damage ( other living things in you house)
