Besides stick-em,traps or poisons what is the best way to get rid of mice in your house?

We used the plug in devices, that send out high frequency noise. At the same time we also got an outside cat, that sleeps in the garage. I'm not sure which worked, but our problem has almost completely ceased. We have only found one mouse inside over the past 18 months. Keep your house clean and sanitary.
You can get rid of the mice in the house by purchasing a white mice from the market and keeping it at home. Generally, if we keep a white mice in the house, all the mice and rats that we find in the house gets reduced totally.
A good pellet gun.

Contrary to popular belief, cats and dogs will actually attract mice. They scatter foods around the house. And mice are far more intelligent than cats. GET RID OF THEM. Unfortunately, poison is the most effective way. Look for the safest brand and be sure to finish it in one battle. They breed fast. The best way is to feed them for 3 consecutive nights with good unpoisoned food (uncooked rice with used cooking oil) and on the 4th night put poison. Don't stop until you think there are still mice eating the bait.

we'll you have about listed what most people use sounds like you need to prevent them from comming in. find all the holes in your walls and put in steel wool they do not like this because mice always go in head first and the wool cuts there nose.
Well there is the trap called the mouse cube it is made to where the mouse can go in but can not get back out. We used these one year when we had a problem. My husband wanted to be humane and we caught the mouse in the cube and then he took it out side and let it go. Guess What? It came right back in the house. I was laughing so hard at him I had to bite my lip not to call him an idiot. ( my favortie term of enderament) The next day we put the trap out again and this time we drove farther away to let him out. I kind of felt sorry for the little guy all alone in a different part of town with no family and then a large hawk swooped down and got him. I guess that took care of things didn't it??
Get on an extermination plan with an exterminator. They will guarantee to get rid of them and if you happen to see one before their next scheduled visit, they will come out and treat the house again. Kitties help too but they usually play with them before killing them and then bring them to you as a gift.

Ever heard of the Pied Piper? Get cha a flute, play em some music, make them your best friend. Let them follow you to your friend's house as you play your pipe flute. Then give your friend the flute.
Go to a pest control store and they have many different things that can help your situation, don't wait because mice, rats eat through everything. If they eat the wiring in your home you could have a fire. Here is one idea though, get a 5 gallon bucket rub cooking oil all over the inside, then put some peanut butter on a Hershey bar and place it at the bottom of the bucket. When the mouse climbs in quickly place the lid on . (The oil is to make the sides slippery so the mouse won't be able to escape so easily.)

Sounds like you want to get rid of them humanely because of the things you don't want to use. I doubt if you can, but good luck.

I like the sticky traps it's a plastic tray with a sticky glue type stuff on it it and smells like peanut butter and attrats them. You just throw it out when they get caught on it
Call an exterminator...quick!!
